Great new jewelry pieces have been added to the shop.  We have bracelet wraps, long chain necklaces, new rings, and new bangles!  I have also added Miyuki Seed Beads for my new friends at String Theory in Glen Ellyn.  If you are a knitter this store is a must to visit.

 

Everyday we are adding great string beads and new findings.  We carry brass, silver plate, copper, sterling silver, nickel.  For those of you that like to make your own spectacular pieces come into our shop and browse for great new beads and components.

A Bella Bead Boutique had it's Grand Opening on Saturday night and it was a great turn out.  Really great family and friends turned out for a very important event in my life and I truly appreciated it.  It's has taken me 18 years to get to this point with A Bella Bead and I am loving every minute of it.

 

We are already booking the classes for October and November and they are filling up quickly.  Below you will find the information on the classes if anyone of you are interested.  We can set up more classes if you have 4 girls or more.  Call and speak to Sharon or Rita the Event Coordinator.

It's been a while since I have updated my blog and let me tell you why!!

GREAT THINGS HAVE HAPPENED OVER THE SUMMER!

A Bella Bead has opened a new store!  Yes, I have opened a shop in Glen Ellyn, Il and love what is all going on.  So many awesome things are being set up for A Bella Bead
and we really can't wait for all of you to see!!  There are NEW CLASSES coming such as
Resin Jewelry, Wiring, Stamping, Beading and still in first place Crystal Class classes!
There will be Girls Night Out, Margarita Mondays, Birthday Parties, Wine and Dine Night and those are just a few many more to come.

Could not post this earlier because it was a surprise for my sister.  Made this Vintage Coco Chanel Button bracelet for her for her birthday!  Actually I made 2 and had her pick one for herself for a Birthday Gift.  Although her birthday was in January I had been trying to find all the components to make this for her.  She picked out the Stunning Gold and Sterling Silver one!  Awesome choice Sis!!
Happy Birthday, YOU are the BEST!!

The bracelet on the far left is made with Sterling Silver Sliders made with Mother of pearl inserts and Mother of Pearl Pearls all adorned with Bali Sterling Silver spacers and beads.  Beautiful!!!

The Bracelet in the middle is the one I made for my sister which is The Coco Chanel Vintage Buttons and Bali Sterling Silver round beads with Vermeil 14K overlay bead caps with 14K spacers, the clasps is also Vintage Coco Chanel Button with 14K overlay. 

The next one on the far right is made with Vintage Brass, Vintage Swarovski Crystals and a Vintage Mother of Pearl Clasp with spacers all in Sterling Silver.  The Beads are Blue Quartz's.

Wine Cork Necklace Class and Class Schedules for June

 

 

A Bella Bead had its Wine Cork Class at Tavern on North Friday night.   What a great place to have a get together.  I can't thank Jamie and Abe enough for all their help in setting up my classroom and food.  They made sure we were all taken care of.  Check it out sometime, great food and very nice people.

WOW!!!! What a awesome class of girls we had.  If you missed the class you also missed all the great fun we had!!  Raffled off jewelry from A Bella Bead and Chocolatier aprons from Chocolatier Wine Company that hosted the wine tasting event.   EVERYONE had their creative thinking cap on with how they could do another wine cork necklace.  The girls are asking for another class!   So I post a class schedule with the information and cost of each class. 

We had a great guy by the name of Vincent that hosted the Wine Tasting from Chocolatier Wine Co. HE made tiramisu out of this incredible Chocolate wine they carry!!!  Unbelievable and awesome!!  I understand he sold many bottles of this chocolate wine.  LOL, I know I bought one!

The Wine Cork Class for May 31st is full.  The response to this class has been overwhelming.  So I will be opening up another day for another class.  This class will be the second or third week in June.  So visit abellabeadstudio.blogspot.com  for future  class schedules. The Wine  Cork Class  fee will  remain the  same $35.00 for the basic Cork  Necklace.
